Do I need to appoint a solicitor ?
No, we appoint a solicitor to act on your behalf, although you are of course free to do so if you wish, please note that this could possibly slow the process, however, the choice is yours.
What are HIPs and do I need one ?
Since 10th Sept 2007, Home Information Packs are needed to sell properties with at least 3 bedrooms, luckily they are not needed when a property is sold privately, without any outside marketing, therefore you don't need to produce one when selling to us.
I'm in arrears with my mortgage, can you still help me ?
Mortgage arrears are not a issue, we can liaise with your mortgage provider and stop repossession.
